K – 3 Boot Camps
This instructional program is an introduction to the game of basketball. Players will start with an active dynamic warm up and rotate through instructional stations focused on ball handling, dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, rebounding, and footwork. Players will be coached by Head Coach Randy DeFeo along with local high school athletes. Players will also compete for prizes, and awards will be given out after each workout to the Most Improved Player, Best Listener, and Hardest Worker!
Winter Fitness Training Session II @ TNT Training
This 8 session program is designed for youth athletes of any sport & skill level who are looking to maintain their fitness levels throughout the winter. It is so important to train our bodies throughout the year which will significantly reduce injuries & allow for increased performance in their sport. This next session will focus more on metabolic conditioning & plyometrics to prepare our players for the Spring!
